Q: DO you keep products in stock?

A: No... All products ordered are made to order to the customers specifications. 


Q: Do you offer internal wiring? 

A: Yes... Again, to get this option just shoot me a email via the contact button at the bottom of the page.


Q: Do shipping charges apply?

A: Domestic (USA) Shipping is free on all products store wide.


Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: Yes... To process your order out side the USA shoot me a email via the contact button at the bottom of the page.


Q: Which payment methods do you acceptt?

A: I accept PayPal and the following credit cards through our online shopping cart: Visa, Master Card, and American Express. All payments are processed via PayPal, however you can pay with your credit card via PayPal if you don't have a PayPal account, simply click "I don't have a PayPal account" when prompted at the PayPal login.


Q: How can I track my order?

A: You will receive a order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent onee your order has been shipped. This email will include the tracking number for your package.


Q: Can I return a order?

A: Due to the custom nature of my products, any icem to be returned is at the sole discretion of ReRun Cycle-Works. Should the return be approved, up to a 40% restocking fee will be applied and shipping costs will not be refunded.


Q: How can I place a custom order?

A: All of my products can be altered or modified to meet customer specs. Also full custom orders can be placed via the contact page found at he bottom of the page. ( All custom orders will be built to the customers specifications.)
